Terms of Service

1. The Service

YOYO CRM is a cloud-based customer relationship management platform that includes lead management, pipeline tools, WhatsApp messaging integrations, AI-assisted replies, and related features. We may update or modify features from time to time.

2. Accounts & eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• Workspace admins are responsible for invitations and actions taken by their team members.

3. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed through PayPal on a recurring basis unless canceled. Free trials, where offered, convert to paid subscriptions unless you cancel before the trial ends. Prices and plan limits are shown at checkout and in your Billing settings. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for spam, harassment, or unlawful outreach.
• Violate WhatsApp, Meta, or other third-party platform policies when using integrations.
• Upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the Service.
• Collect or process personal data without a lawful basis and appropriate notices to your contacts.

5. WhatsApp & third-party services

WhatsApp connectivity depends on third-party services and your own WhatsApp account. We do not guarantee message delivery, account longevity, or compliance with Meta's terms. You are solely responsible for how you use WhatsApp and AI features with your leads and customers.

6. AI features

AI-generated suggestions are provided as-is. You must review outbound messages before sending where appropriate. We do not guarantee accuracy, legality, or suitability of AI output for your business or jurisdiction.

7. Your data

You retain ownership of the content you submit (leads, messages, notes, etc.). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the Service. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal information.

8. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from Billing. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if required for security or legal reasons. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; we may delete or retain data per our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FRACK CREATIONS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
